About this policy

Nervos Network S.L. operates the Streamvane brand ("Tessovia", "we", "us" or "our") and the website at streamvane.io (the "Site"). We build Streamvane, a real-time Genesys Cloud KPI integration platform for enterprise contact centers.

We take privacy seriously, and we have deliberately designed our product so that our customers' operational data stays under their own control. This policy explains:

  1. What personal data we collect and where it comes from
  2. The purposes for which we use it, and our legal basis
  3. How we use cookies and similar technologies
  4. When we disclose personal data, and to whom
  5. How we keep it secure
  6. How long we keep it
  7. International transfers
  8. Your privacy rights
  9. Children's data
  10. Changes to this policy
  11. How to contact us

A short note on scope: this policy covers data we process as a controller — primarily website visitors, prospects and customer contacts. It is distinct from the operational data our platform processes on behalf of a customer, where we act as a processor (see "Data processed through the Streamvane platform" below).

1. Personal data we collect and its sources

When we act as a controller, the categories of personal data we collect include:

CategoryExamples

Professional informationJob title, employer, role, country

Commercial informationRecords of services discussed, evaluated or purchased
Internet activity informationIP address, device and browser information, and (with consent) analytics about how you use the Site

Categories of sources

Indirectly from youInformation gathered through cookies and similar technologies, where you have consented.
Through your employerIf your organization becomes a customer, we may receive your business contact details to provision and support your engagement.

Data processed through the Streamvane platform

Streamvane is an operational analytics product, not a marketing or profiling tool. In most engagements the platform is deployed inside the customer's own cloud tenant (Azure, AWS or GCP), and the customer retains ownership and control of the resulting metrics store. Where our platform processes data that may include personal information (for example, agent identifiers within contact-center KPIs), we act as a data processor acting only on the customer's documented instructions, under the data-protection terms of the relevant agreement. For information about how that data is handled, please refer to the privacy notice of the customer who operates the deployment.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We keep tracking to a minimum. The Site uses:

  • Strictly necessary cookies, which enable core functionality such as security and load balancing. These do not require consent.
  • Optional, privacy-friendly analytics, used only with your consent, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

Where consent is required, we request it before any non-essential technology is set, and you can withdraw it at any time. We respect browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

4. Disclosures of personal data

Where we act as a controller, we may disclose personal data to:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, hosting, email and analytics providers), limited to what they need to perform their function and bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary.
  • Authorities, where required by law, court order or to protect our rights, property or safety.
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We require our processors to maintain security and privacy controls at least as protective as our own.

5. Security

We maintain technical, administrative and physical measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls on a need-to-know basis, and the principle of keeping customer operational data within the customer's own cloud wherever possible. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect the data entrusted to us. If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact admin@streamvane.io.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Inquiry and prospect data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted or anonymized. For data we process on behalf of a customer, retention is governed by the relevant customer agreement.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data-protection law — such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses — to ensure your data remains protected.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to our processing
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@streamvane.io. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

9. Children's data

The Site and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact admin@streamvane.io and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect indicates your acknowledgement of the updated policy.
