Independent · Built for Genesys CloudThe real-time Genesys KPI integration company
Tessovia builds Streamvane — the real-time Genesys Cloud KPI engine and multi-connector integration framework for Azure and enterprise downstream systems.

Tessovia is a commercial brand operated by Nervos Network S.L. — an independent company focused solely on real-time Genesys Cloud integration.

Our point of view
The experience economy runs on data nobody can see
The industry spent a decade making conversations better — smarter routing, AI assistance, journey orchestration. Genesys does that well. But every interaction also produces operational truth — service level, handle time, adherence, containment — that’s worth little while it stays locked inside the platform.
The distance between “the platform knows” and “the business can act” is the problem Tessovia exists to close — for the planner re-forecasting at 11am, the BI team briefing the board, the BPO proving an SLA to a client.
- We don't build dashboards to admire
- We carry operational meaning into systems you already trust
- Intact, in real time — measure once, report everywhere
Our story
Built by people who ran these integrations at scale
Tessovia was formed by a group of professionals with deep experience in real-time signal-processing solutions and an unusually thorough knowledge of the Genesys environment.
Over many years we worked with the leading names in the call-center industry — among them Majorel, Teleperformance and other high-calibre operators — building real-time KPI integrations for some of the most demanding contact centers in the market. Several of those clients ran more than 5,000 concurrent agents.
For them we delivered the full spectrum of integrations and connectors: real-time Power BI, operational HTTP feeds for WFM, REST APIs, message-bus bridges and bespoke client reporting — each with the interval discipline and contractual accuracy those programs demand.
That experience taught us a hard lesson: contact-center technology moved to Genesys Cloud and dashboards improved, but integrations did not always follow. Tessovia exists to end that pattern — to treat Genesys KPI delivery as infrastructure, not a one-off report. What started as a real-time Power BI integration on Azure is now a full connector framework: one Reactive Engine, many egress paths.

What we believe
Ten convictions that shape the product
The broad spectrum of contact-center operations out there is crying out for a solution that is genuinely flexible — one that adapts to the client instead of forcing the client to adapt to it. That belief, more than any feature, is why Streamvane exists.
Native Genesys tools are necessary, not sufficient
Genesys' built-in views are excellent for supervisors inside the platform. The moment a KPI has to reach WFM, BI, a warehouse or a client contract, you need an integration layer that carries the same definitions outward.
KPI semantics matter as much as connectors
Moving data is easy; preserving contact-center meaning — service level, occupancy, abandonment, adherence — across every destination is the hard part, and exactly where generic ETL and iPaaS quietly fall apart.
Define once, compute once, reuse everywhere
A metric should be defined a single time and delivered identically to every system, so the floor, the BI team and the executives never argue about whose number is the real one.
Real time is a requirement, not a luxury
Operational decisions happen in seconds. Sub-second delivery straight from the live Genesys event stream beats polling and nightly batch every single time a supervisor has to act now.
The client owns the data
Your Genesys operational data should live in your own cloud, your region and under your own keys — never funneled into, or resting inside, a vendor-controlled tenant you can't audit.
Flexibility is the product
Every enterprise stack is different. A real integration platform bends to the client's architecture, languages and pipelines — Azure, AWS or GCP — instead of forcing a rebuild around our assumptions.
Customization is expected, not exceptional
The market demands bespoke KPIs and contractual shapes. We model client-specific metrics on the very same engine as the 1,200+ structural ones, so custom and standard behave identically downstream.
Two operating models, one architecture
Some clients want a managed service; others want the platform embedded plug-and-play in their own stack. We support both without forking the product or compromising the engine.
Honest scoping beats overselling
We recommend alternatives when they genuinely fit better, and we would rather decline a deal we're wrong for than force it. In this market, credibility compounds faster than pipeline.
Deep over broad — small and senior
We stay small and senior on purpose. The people who scope your program are the people who build it, so context is never lost in a handover to a junior delivery pool.

Independence
Independent by design — and that protects you
Tessovia is independent. We build for Genesys Cloud customers, but we are not an official Genesys product, reseller or sponsored entity. Genesys® is a trademark of Genesys; any formal Genesys partner or AppFoundry status will be stated explicitly here once it is in place.
Independence is deliberate. Because we are not tied to a single hyperscaler SKU or a hosted-only connector, we can recommend the architecture that actually fits — managed PaaS or embedded, on Azure, AWS or GCP — and tell you honestly when a simpler tool is the better choice.
It also protects your data. Your Genesys operational metrics never have to pass through, or rest in, infrastructure we control. When the platform is embedded, everything runs in your subscription, your region, under your keys.
And it shapes how we sell. We would rather lose a deal we are not right for than oversell one — our reputation in this market depends on the calls we decline as much as the ones we win.
The team
A small, senior team of integration specialists
Tessovia is a focused, senior team of contact-center integration specialists — Genesys practitioners, real-time signal-processing engineers, cloud platform engineers and delivery leads who have run KPI pipelines in production at scale.
Between us we have spent years inside the Genesys ecosystem and alongside the largest names in the outsourcing and call-center industry — programs with thousands of concurrent agents, contractual client reporting, and migration-parity requirements that leave no room for “close enough”.
We know the environment and we know the tooling: Genesys topics and analytics shapes, event-driven ingress, the connector catalog, and the downstream systems — WFM, BI, message buses, warehouses and CRMs — these metrics have to feed.
Above all we are driven by the same thing that started the company: getting clients a number they can trust, in the system they need it, in real time. Where broader delivery is needed we partner with Genesys system integrators, so the platform slots cleanly into existing migration and operations workstreams.

Deep Genesys & real-time expertise
Years inside the Genesys ecosystem and real-time signal-processing engineering — topics, analytics shapes, event-driven ingress and the connector catalog.
Enterprise-scale experience
Programs alongside the largest names in outsourcing and contact centers — thousands of concurrent agents, contractual reporting and migration-parity requirements.
Relentless about outcomes
One motivation drives the team: get clients a number they can trust, in the system they need it, in real time — and stand behind it.
Work with the team that builds it
Bring your Genesys estate and your downstream systems to a discovery call — the people who scope it are the people who build it.
